Defibrillators:
KCAD fundraised for and purchased defibrillators for use in an emergency.
There are three defibrillators in accessible locations in the area, if needed.
- One is located outside Paddy Faye's House (on the Killeigh Road on the RHS as you travel to Killeigh).
- Another is located outside David Dunne's house (Carty's Lane) and
- Outside EIleen Dunne's house (on the LHS of the main road to Kinnitty just beyond the clubhouse).
The group keep the batteries and pads replaced so that they are functional should they be needed.
They also organised training for several people in the community in how to use the machines if required.
